Job summary

Qnity is seeking a subject matter expert in Advanced Planning and Scheduling to support the deployment and continuous improvement of digital business planning processes. This role reports to the Business Planning Team Leader and will deploy, train, and monitor best practices across global manufacturing operations.

The candidate will lead the OMP transformation, ensure SAP/MES integration, and drive benefits through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

BS/BA in supply chain, business, or engineering.
5-8 years of supply chain or IT experience with complex customer quality requirements.
Global teamwork experience preferred (leadership or significant interface).
Experience implementing advanced planning and scheduling systems.
Strong knowledge of MES including interfaces and data flows.
OMP experience preferred; APO or other planning system knowledge preferred.
Six Sigma Green Belt; Black Belt or Champion preferred.
APICS CPIM Certification preferred.
English language fluency.

Responsibilities

Lead the operational scheduling portion of the OMP transformation for Qnity manufacturing processes, coordinating with vendor consultants and project team members.
Ensure integration with SAP and MES data sources at manufacturing sites.
Lead issue investigation and resolution with relevant teams.
Define and prioritize solution enhancements and coordinate implementation.
Monitor system usage, performance, and realization of business benefits.
Provide technical and process support across Integrated Operations, Demand and Supply Chain Planning.
