Job summary

Blue Star Partners LLC is seeking an experienced OCM Lead to drive organizational change across a multi-year transformation within a global specialty materials company. The role leads change strategy across multiple workstreams, including technology modernization and manufacturing resiliency.

The position is remote with travel to client sites as required, initially based in Northwest Indiana with moves to Indianapolis, and potential international expansion to Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience leading OCM for complex, multi-workstream transformation programs.
• Ability to translate complex technology and operating changes into people impacts.
• Strong facilitation, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with executive and senior operational leaders.
• Ability to travel as program needs evolve.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the organizational change management strategy across the broader transformation program.
• Conduct change impact assessments across operational, technology, workforce, and manufacturing workstreams.
• Identify stakeholder groups and develop targeted engagement, training, and communication plans.
• Create an integrated change roadmap aligned to program milestones and workstreams.
• Define change management priorities, deliverables, dependencies, and success measures.
• Translate program strategy into practical interventions to drive adoption at site, function, and enterprise levels.
