Job summary

Bluecrux seeks a senior leader to drive supply chain planning transformations and Anaplan implementations for global clients. You will guide consultants, align business needs with technical solutions, and ensure scalable, value-driven outcomes across design, build, testing, go-live, and hyper-care phases.

You will blend planning expertise with project leadership, engaging with stakeholders and solution architects to deliver end-to-end optimization and strong client adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, supply chain management, economics, or related field.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes and planning maturity.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan, OMP, SAP IBP, or Kinaxis.
• 5+ years managing complex software implementation projects for clients.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Anaplan projects from design to implementation.
• Lead a team of consultants and client stakeholders.
• Redesign planning processes with clients.
• Develop end-to-end integrated planning concepts.
• Drive adoption and oversee UAT, training, go-live.
• Build strong client relationships and identify future opportunities.
