Bluecrux is redefining supply chains by combining expert consulting with cutting‑edge technology. As an OMP Implementation Lead, you will guide client‑facing OMP projects from discovery to deployment, ensuring practical, scalable planning solutions across industries.

You will coordinate with delivery teams, facilitate design decisions, and translate client needs into implementable configurations. Senior roles include broader ownership across workstreams and shaping our delivery strategy.

Qualificações

• OMP expertise in design, configuration, and deployment.
• Deep knowledge of production scheduling, MRP, demand and supply balancing.
• Translate business needs into workable process designs and specs.
• Lead workshops, guide stakeholders, and manage expectations.
• Delivery ownership across configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Analytical judgment using data to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with planners, business leaders, technical teams and regions.
• Experience with global clients in life sciences, consumer goods, manufacturing or chemicals a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in SCM, business, engineering or related field.
• Manager or Senior Manager level based on scope of work led (7–10 vs 10+ years).

Responsabilidades

• Lead client-facing OMP implementation work from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate workshops to capture current planning and translate into designs.
• Guide configuration and testing; resolve issues and explain trade-offs.
• Coordinate work across client and Bluecrux teams; manage scope and risks.
• Support users with documentation and knowledge transfer as new methods take hold.
• For Senior Manager, oversee multiple workstreams and shape delivery approach.
