• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Experience in operational management and change readiness activities.
• Experience in product deployment processes.
• Knowledge of data mining/farming with reporting experience.
• Familiarity with data systems such as AWS, Snowflake, Tableau, SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
• Supports change management activities across functional partners and ensures compliance with risk and regulatory requirements
• Raises blockers to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
• Develop and maintain hardware deployment, biometrics, and merchant reporting
• Coordinate data strategy across omnichannel & biometrics for roll-out, forecasting and merchant support
• Collaborate with Estate Manager, Product Manager, and Product Delivery Managers to deliver reporting and insights for release planning
