Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain
• Experience delivering operational management and change readiness activities
• Experience in product deployment processes
• 4+ years of Project Manager experience, ideally in banking or financial services
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Strong delivery process knowledge and collaboration across functions

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute key delivery tasks and improve efficiencies
• Ensure changes comply with risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Raise blockers to manage dependencies and resources
• Own delivery for large projects with proper project management controls
• Develop program plans, executive summaries, and status updates
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, blockers, and resources with stakeholders
• Engage with Scrum of Scrums, Product Owners, and Tech Leads to stay aligned
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand needs and drive value
• Continuously improve delivery processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions
