Axtria in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Omnichannel Orchestration Lead to partner with the world’s leading pharma clients in a hybrid, client‑facing role.

You will design end‑to‑end omnichannel journeys, define channel sequencing, and apply AI‑driven rules while ensuring regulatory compliance and data privacy. You’ll also shape proposals, drive BD, and expand client relationships across a portfolio.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in pharma/life sciences with orchestration across field and non-personal channels.
• Demonstrated experience shaping solutions, RFIs/RFPs, and growing client relationships or pipelines.
• Based in the NY/NJ/PA region and able to travel to client sites in a hybrid model.
• Experience with pharma CRM and marketing automation/orchestration platforms; familiarity with AI-driven decisioning tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of pharma regulatory and compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern end‑to‑end omnichannel orchestration across a portfolio of clients; define channel sequencing and AI-powered rules.
• Lead cross‑functional governance, measure orchestration KPIs, and ensure compliance while driving improvements.
• Drive business development; shape omnichannel solutions, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and build qualified pipeline.
