Responsibilities

• Design and govern end-to-end omnichannel orchestration for clients, linking field and NPP channels.
• Define channel sequencing rules, trigger logic, and AI-powered frameworks learning from engagement data.
• Serve as liaison across marketing, sales operations, data/analytics, and technology teams to translate strategy into rules and models.
• Lead governance forums, align stakeholders on priorities, KPIs, and continuous optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and privacy requirements governing pharma promotion.
