Job summary

Aritzia seeks a Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology, to turn business requirements into scalable technology solutions for our omnichannel platform. You will liaison between Technology and the Omni business, drive requirements docs, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of payment systems.

Based in Seattle or willing to relocate to support our Omni Technology initiatives, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to

Qualifications

• Experience as Systems Analyst, Architect, or Developer with SAP ECC.
• Extend SAP SD with custom fields, logic, customer exits, ABAP.
• Deep SAP SD knowledge: order mgmt, pricing, deliveries, billing, returns.
• Retail/omnichannel domain knowledge incl. ecommerce fulfillment, cross-channel journeys.
• Experience with payment and fraud processing integrations (Adyen/Forter desirable).
• High-volume ecommerce integrations into SAP SD.
• REST APIs, JSON/XML, HTTP, and integration patterns.
• Agile/Sprint experience.
• Create design documents and user stories.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable technology design.
• Turn requirements into solution design documentation and user stories.
• Ensure design integrates with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Support testing and deployment of Omni technology solutions.
• Provide proactive and reactive support for Omni technology solutions.
