Job summary
AZAD Technology Partners is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to interface with users and support functional requirements development. You will lead elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of requirements for OT systems, translating complex needs into technical specs and user stories for development and enhancements.
The role is hybrid in Vancouver, WA, with 1–2 onsite days weekly. The ideal candidate has extensive SDLC experience in high-availability environments and strong
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience with software development lifecycle in high availability environments.
- Experience analyzing enterprise apps using Java/JEE and/or .NET architectures.
- Experience with change/configuration management tools and compliance support.
- Strong requirements engineering, data mapping (XML/JSON), and API testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specs and user stories for development.
- Interface with users and stakeholders to support functional requirements development.
- Act as liaison between Transmission Technology units and the development team.
