Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology, in Seattle to architect, design, implement, and improve technology for seamless omnichannel experiences. You will be the liaison between Technology and Omni teams, with focus on SAP SD, payment systems, and requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing management.

Qualifications

• Proven SAP ECC/SAP SD experience with deep knowledge of sales order management, pricing, ATP, deliveries, billing and finance integration.
• Strong understanding of retail/omnichannel processes and payment/fraud integrations (Adyen/Forter desirable).
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and API contracts in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver innovative technology solutions for the Omni team.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology designs.
• Ensure design intent works with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Implement structured testing to validate functionality and address deficiencies.
• Support smooth deployment of Omni technology solutions.
• Provide proactive and reactive support for Omni technology solutions.
