Job summary

Duncan Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Channel Analyst to develop and optimize communications across direct mail, email, and SMS for Parking, Tolling, and Municipal Collections contracts. You will ensure messaging quality, regulatory compliance, and language consistency while driving performance analytics.

You will lead template development, A/B testing, and vendor coordination, creating dashboards and reports for senior management to inform decisions and improve outreach results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of multi-channel marketing/communications experience.
• Experience with template development or content governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and optimize outbound direct mail, email, and SMS communications.
• Develop a unified channel calendar across Parking, Tolling, Municipal Collections, and other clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure compliant, timely outreach.
• Lead A/B testing to validate messaging and template iteration.
• Build dashboards to track delivery, response, and ROI across channels.
