You will lead cross-functional efforts with legal, compliance, and operations to ensure regulatory alignment, channel effectiveness, and budget-conscious execution. Remote role with US eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in multi-channel marketing, communications, or customer outreach operations.
• Experience in template development, content governance, or communications quality management.
• Strong reporting and analytics background with dashboards and data synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and optimize outbound communications across direct mail, email, and SMS.
• Develop a unified channel calendar coordinating touchpoints across client types.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for compliant channel strategies.
• Identify and implement new channel strategies to improve engagement and performance.
• Lead A/B testing to validate messaging effectiveness and template iterations.
