Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Tier 2 Support Specialist with deep IAM expertise to support Okta, SailPoint IIQ, and CyberArk across enterprise systems in McLean, VA. The role requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Strong problem-solving and collaboration with IAM engineering and security teams are essential. US Citizens have priority; travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5)+ years of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD public trust.
• Experience using Okta as an enterprise identity provider.
• Knowledge of Okta features, integrations, and architecture.
• Experience with MFA factors for Okta users and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems.
• Understanding of IAM principles and enterprise implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for IAM incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user provisioning, authentication, access policies, and privileged account management.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 support, IAM engineering, and security teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Monitor IAM systems for performance, availability, and security anomalies.
• Maintain documentation for support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and access reviews.
• Support integration and configuration of IAM tools with enterprise applications.
• Participate in audits and compliance activities related to identity governance and access controls.
