Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned software professional in Tysons, VA to design, code, test, and maintain enterprise IAM and cloud-based applications. You will follow established SDLC standards, contribute to process improvements, and develop complex features with a focus on security, performance, and user experience.

The role requires at least 5 years of hands-on IAM experience, a CS/IT degree (9 years may substitute), and the ability to obtain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM or cloud/web-based applications.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT; 9 years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, strategy, design, implementation, and operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust; adjudication required prior to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document software applications.
• Follow software development standards and contribute to improvement.
• Develop complex features and create designs for enterprise apps.
• Participate in peer code and design reviews.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with other programmers.
