Job summary

Unicon Systems is seeking a Senior Okta Consultant to join our team in Tampa, FL, with a focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing Okta IAM solutions for enterprise clients. This remote role involves leading deployments (SSO, MFA, Lifecycle, API Access), acting as a SME, and guiding client stakeholders through IAM strategies.

You will mentor junior consultants, stay current with Okta updates, and contribute to runbooks and architecture diagrams, supporting secure digital ecosystems for

Qualifications

• 5+ years IAM experience with hands-on Okta implementation
• Okta Certified Consultant/Administrator/Developer preferred
• Proficiency in Okta Workforce Identity and/or CIAM
• Experience with SSO protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC
• Directory services: Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD
• Experience with API integrations and scripting (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript)
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Requirements:

• Experience with SSO protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• Strong understanding of directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD

• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
