Job summary

Bowman in Houston, TX seeks a seasoned Planner/Scheduler V to lead scheduling for large oil & gas projects. You will manage schedules, baselines, and related risks while coordinating with project teams and external contractors.

The role requires strong experience in project controls and earned value. The ideal candidate will mentor junior schedulers, drive planning workshops, and ensure accurate forecast updates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or technical field is required.
• Ten or more years of experience in planning/scheduling or project controls.
• Project management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plans and schedules for large and complex projects.
• Lead scheduling activities and validate schedule baselines.
• Coordinate with project team and external suppliers/contractors.
• Provide timely schedule updates and variance analyses.
• Facilitate planning workshops and develop EPS/WBS structures.
• Coach junior planners across multiple projects.
