ASML US is seeking aSenior Business Planner for Wilton Development & Engineering to lead strategic office and laboratory planning. You will ensure workspace environments align with technology roadmaps, balancing capacity, utilization, and cost while partnering with Business Line leaders, Corporate Real Estate and facilities teams.

You will analyze headcount forecasts, occupancy trends, and project requirements to support planning decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business planning, facilities planning, workplace strategy, space planning, portfolio management, or related discipline.
• Experience in a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or high-tech environment preferred.
• Experience supporting office and laboratory planning initiatives desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain office and laboratory space plans aligned with growth and priorities.
• Translate requirements into practical workspace solutions balancing capacity and cost.
• Support long-range planning by evaluating future demand scenarios.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand current and future workspace needs.
• Analyze headcount forecasts and occupancy trends to support decisions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and drive governance improvements.
• Drive standardization and optimization of planning processes and tools.
• Automate workflows and develop low-code solutions to improve efficiency.
• Mentor junior planners and share best practices.
