Job summary

Sonsoft, Inc. is a USA based corporation, seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and support Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint environments. The role requires hands-on deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting across on-premises and cloud services, including Secure Email Gateways and ADFS.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of IT experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong knowledge of Lync/Skype for Business. This full-time, permanent position targets U.S.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of technical experience.
• At least 2 years of working directly with Microsoft Office 365.
• At least 1 year of extensive knowledge and experience of deploying, managing, and supporting Office 365, especially OneDrive for Business and SharePoint.
• Experience with on premise to SharePoint online.
• Implement, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot issues regarding on premise Exchange servers, Exchange Online, secure email gateways, and ADFS.
• Architecture & deployment experience with Exchange 2010/2013 including mailbox and public folder environment.
• Experience with end user mailbox troubleshooting and creation.
• Troubleshooting knowledge on mail flow and third party spam firewall like Proof point, trend micro, etc.
• Experience in configuring/deploying ADFS.
• Experience with Microsoft instant messaging platform Lync / Skype for Analytical and Communication skills
