Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager to own the lifecycle of the SWA + PTS offer, guiding strategy, design, approvals, implementation, and ongoing enhancements. You will collaborate with Wealth Advisors, PTS, and multiple enterprise partners to translate client insights into a scalable, differentiated client experience.

You will influence senior stakeholders, manage complex programs, and drive measurable business outcomes in a changing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of professional experience in offer or product management, strategy consulting, internal strategy, or related fields.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong strategic and offer-management capabilities including market research and business-case development.
• Proven program and project-management capabilities with governance and phased roadmaps.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align across boundaries without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the SWA + PTS offer across its full lifecycle from strategy to ongoing evolution.
• Design a coordinated client and advisor experience with clear ownership across wealth and PTS.
• Translate strategic choices into a practical offer and operating model.
• Lead cross-enterprise execution with defined workstreams, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Communicate a clear path forward to senior leaders and partners, ensuring alignment.
• Own post-launch performance measures and drive continuous improvement.
