Job summary

Charles Schwab, Orlando-based, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the SWA + PTS offer experience. This individual contributor role requires strategic thinking, program leadership, and the ability to influence across a large enterprise.

On-site collaboration four days a week, with a focus on delivering an integrated client and advisor experience. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, design operating models, and drive continued improvements, partnering across Wealth and Advice Solutions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in offer or product management, strategy consulting, internal strategy, business transformation, or related discipline.
• Ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to launch.

Responsibilities

• Own SWA + PTS offer lifecycle from strategy to ongoing evolution.
• Design a coordinated client and advisor experience across Wealth Advisors and PTS.
• Translate strategic choices into a practical offer and operating model.
• Lead cross-enterprise execution with governance, milestones, and resource planning.
• Influence senior leaders and stakeholders without direct authority using clear, executive-ready narratives.
• Define post-launch measures for client/advisor experience, adoption, and business impact.
