Job summary

Charles Schwab, Austin, seeks a Senior Manager to own the SWA + PTS offer from strategy through launch and ongoing evolution, creating a scalable client experience.

You will coordinate across Wealth Advisory, Investor Services, Operations, Marketing, Technology, Risk and Legal to translate client needs into an integrated advisor and client journey, leading through influence rather than authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in offer/product management, strategy consulting or related roles.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy to launch.
• Strong strategic and offer-management capabilities including market research.
• Proven governance and road-mapping in programs/projects.
• Influence senior stakeholders without direct authority and communicate clearly.
• Wealth management or personal trust services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the SWA + PTS offer across its full lifecycle from strategy to ongoing evolution.
• Design a coordinated client and advisor experience with clear ownership across teams.
• Translate strategic choices into a practical offer and operating model.
• Lead cross-enterprise execution with governance, milestones, resources, risks, and accountability.
• Build alignment and communicate a clear path forward to senior leaders.
• Own post-launch performance and drive continuous improvement based on results.
