Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of professional experience in offer or product management, strategy consulting, internal strategy, business transformation, program leadership, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy and design through approvals, implementation, launch, and ongoing improvement.
• Strong strategic and offer management capabilities including market and competitive research, client insights, business-case development, and operating-model design.
• Proven program and project management capabilities including governance, roadmaps, coordinating delivery teams, and managing resources, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment without direct authority; exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing environments; adaptability, resilience, and collaborative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the SWA + PTS offer across its full lifecycle, from strategy to launch and ongoing evolution.
• Design a coordinated client and advisor experience with SWA as the relationship entry point.
• Translate strategic choices into a practical offer and operating model.
• Lead cross-enterprise execution with governance, milestones, dependencies, and risk management.
• Build alignment and communicate a clear path forward to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Define post-launch measures of client and advisor experience, adoption, and business outcomes.
