Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 7+ years of professional experience in offer or product management, strategy consulting, internal strategy, business transformation, program leadership, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through launch and ongoing improvement.
• Strong strategic and offer-management capabilities including market research, client insights, business-case development, and operating-model design.
• Proven program and project-management capabilities, including governance, roadmaps, and risk management.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
• Comfort with ambiguity and change, with a collaborative approach to resolving unknowns.
• Strong preference for prior offer-management/strategy experience in wealth management or personal trust services.

Responsibilities

• Own the SWA + PTS offer across its full lifecycle, from strategy and business case through approvals, implementation, launch, and ongoing evolution.
• Design a coordinated client and advisor experience with SWA as the relationship entry point and clear responsibilities across Wealth Advisors and PTS.
• Translate strategic choices into a practical offer and operating model; lead cross-enterprise execution with governance and milestones.
• Build alignment and communicate a clear path forward to senior leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• Own post-launch performance, define measures of experience and outcomes, and prioritize enhancements based on results and feedback.
