Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the integrated SWA + PTS offer experience. This individual contributor role will drive strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing evolution with partnerships and influence across business units.

You will own the full lifecycle, build alignment with senior leaders, and measure client/advisor experience, adoption, and outcomes. Collaboration and delivery excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in offer/product management, strategy consulting, or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong market and operating-model design capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the SWA + PTS offer lifecycle from strategy through launch and evolution.
• Design a coordinated client/advisor experience across Wealth Advisors and PTS.
• Translate strategic choices into practical offer and operating model.
• Lead cross-enterprise execution with governance, milestones, and risk management.
