MITRE's Cyber Threat Intelligence department is seeking experienced offensive security engineers to advance adversary emulation, threat emulation, and red teaming. You will contribute to research and support critical projects like ATT&CK Evaluations and Caldera, helping government sponsors use offensive security to strengthen defenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's.
• Experience creating offensive security tools and red team capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver adversary emulation capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including presenting technical analyses.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• On-site work 4 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Use offensive security engineering to emulate real-world threats.
• Leverage AI to advance cyber operations, purple teaming, and CTI.
• Build products and perform R&D to help sponsors solve CTI challenges.
• Lead research to improve cyber operations tech and methods.
• Conduct offensive security engagements to train blue teams.
• Advance ATT&CK, Caldera, and other MITRE efforts.
