MITRE is seeking an experienced offensive security engineer to advance adversary emulation, threat emulation, and red teaming capabilities. You will help sponsors tackle CTI problems, leverage AI to push cyber operations forward, and contribute to MITRE efforts like ATT&CK and Caldera.

You will work on-site four days a week in a role that requires Top Secret clearance and strong communication skills to present technical analyses and findings.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's; or a PhD with relevant experience.
• Experience creating and using offensive security tools, malware implants, and other red team capabilities.
• Ability to independently deliver adversary emulation capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presenting technical analysis in written products and presentations.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S Government issued Security Clearance; U.S. Citizen is required.
• This position requires a minimum of 4 days a week on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Lead research to improve cyber operations technologies.
