Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a senior sales leader to drive Off-Premise growth across Southern Glazers accounts in the Los Angeles market. You will lead a Consumer Facing Team, coordinate with distributors and the State Manager to set and hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, and oversee category and promotional plans while ensuring brand standards compliance.

The role requires extensive sales leadership, distributor management, and a track record in driving NSV and DGP across premium

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in spirits industry or distributor
• Prior people management experience is required
• Prior experience managing distributor or supplier is required
• Prior experience working with Food & Beverage Directors preferred
• Prior Sales experience, including selling promotion and marketing programs

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Off-Premise Consumer Facing Team to expand distribution and promotional support
• Oversee Off-Premise targets with distributor regional leadership
• Develop distributor Off-Premise targets with State Manager/Director
• Manage budgeting for Field BI and T&E for Off-Premise team
• Manage execution of brand and category plans and promotions
• Launch new Off-Premise products and promotions and ensure KPI attainment
