Job summary

Dine Brands Global, Inc. in Pasadena seeks a Senior Analyst, Off-Prem Implementation (IHOP) to lead activation of online ordering, delivery, catering and related digital platforms for new openings and conversions.

You will partner with Operations, Technology, Training, Marketing and external vendors to ensure seamless deployments, accurate configurations, and high-performing Off-Prem experiences across multi-unit restaurants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in operations, project implementation, or restaurant operations.
• Experience in multi-unit restaurant or franchise operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead Restaurant Activations & Implementations for Off-Prem onboarding and activations.
• Serve as escalation point for complex Off-Prem issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support platform readiness, configurations, and vendor deployments.
• Drive program rollout readiness and continuous improvement.
