Job summary

Dine Brands Global, Inc. based in Pasadena, CA, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Off-Prem Implementation (IHOP) to oversee activation, deployment, and ongoing performance of IHOP's Off-Prem channels, including online ordering, delivery, and catering.

You’ll lead activations for openings, transfers, conversions, relocations, and major changes, partnering with operations, technology, training, marketing, and external vendors to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in operations, project implementation, operational support, restaurant operations, or related functions preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-unit restaurant or franchise operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Off-Prem activations & implementations for new openings, ownership transfers, conversions, relocations, and major changes.
• Serve as escalation point for complex Off-Prem operational issues with vendors & stakeholders.
• Support validation of system configurations, menu publishing, integrations, and deployment readiness activities.
• Contribute to rollout readiness and continuous improvement of implementation procedures.
