Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and active Minnesota license in good standing.
• At least 8 years of legal experience, primarily in traditional labor on behalf of management.
• Traditional Labor experience is required.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and draft memoranda, motions and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Draft position statements and dispositive motions and counsel on employment-law matters.
• Interact with clients, agencies and opposing counsel in a high-level advisory role.
• Contribute to a national employment law practice in a team-oriented environment.
