• 8+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Labor and employment litigation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and manage discovery (including e-discovery and depositions).
• Draft settlement and employment agreements; counsel clients on employment-law matters.
