Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required and Illinois licensure in good standing.
• 8+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Labor and employment litigation expertise required.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities.
• Counsel clients on employment-law matters.
• Draft position statements and dispositive motions.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and opposing counsel.
