Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and active New York bar license.
• 8+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Labor and Employment litigation experience required.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform legal research, and draft memoranda, motions and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences, handle discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Draft position statements and dispositive motions.
• Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.
