Ogletree Deakins' Minneapolis office seeks an Of Counsel to join its national employment law practice, providing high-level labor and employment counsel to management clients. The role involves proactive client contact and interaction with agencies and opposing counsel in a sophisticated practice.

The candidate must hold a Juris Doctor and be licensed in Minnesota, with at least 8 years of traditional labor experience and excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Formación

• 8+ years of legal experience, most in traditional labor for management
• Traditional Labor experience required
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Perform legal research, draft memoranda, motions and pleadings
• Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities
• Draft position statements and dispositive motions
• Counsel clients on employment-law matters
