Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara seeks an experienced Technical Professional to lead OEM field teams, drive NPI and end-to-end solutions, and coordinate across hardware, software, sales, and project management. You will shape OEM engagement, manage complex deployments, recruit talent, and influence strategy and roadmaps.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strong technical breadth in GPU and data-center stacks, and collaboration with OEM partners to deliver timely, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or MBA with IT management focus.
• 8+ years in OEM/ODM, datacenter operations, deployments and management; 4+ years leading a team.
• Proven ability to coordinate workflows across technical engagements, NPI, and E2E solutions.
• Familiarity with OEM integration cycles: qualification and launches.
• High-level understanding of NVIDIA solution suite, GPU, networking, and data center deployments.
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, sales, and product.
• Ability to conduct Tier-1 OEM account reviews and build trusted relationships.
• Strong project management: goals, progress tracking, multi-initiative execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize OEM technical workflows and engagements.
• Lead NPI activities to integrate NVIDIA technologies into OEM platforms.
• Orchestrate end-to-end solution development across hardware and software.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain strong technical relationships with OEM partners.
• Lead large-scale deployments with internal and external resources.
• Participate in recruitment; lead interview panels for new hires.
• Influence OEM strategy, contribute to roadmap planning and alignment with sales.
