Senior OEM Program Management Specialist

Location: Fountain Valley, CA

Pay: $30.05 - $44.33 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Travel: Up to 20% occasional travel

We are seeking a Temporary Senior OEM Program Management Specialist to support new product and accessory launch programs in a fast‑paced automotive environment. Key Responsibilities

• Support multiple product and accessory development projects from planning through launch.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure on‑time completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, logistics, sales, marketing, and other internal teams.
• Lead project review meetings and communicate status updates to key stakeholders.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and project tracking tools to monitor progress.
• Identify project risks, elevate issues, and support resolution plans.
• Assist with process improvements to enhance project visibility, tracking, and accountability.
• Support KPI reporting related to launch readiness, revenue, profitability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
