Qualifications

• 4+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience managing complex, cross‑functional product development projects.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• PMP certification and Korean language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple product and accessory development projects from planning through launch.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with various internal teams.
• Lead project review meetings and provide updates.
• Develop reports and project tracking tools.
• Identify risks and support resolution plans.
• Support KPI reporting related to launch readiness.
