JD Power is seeking a Sr. Analyst, OEM Customer Success, to act as the data analytics lead for OEM clients.

Remote-friendly with travel up to 60% domestically, you will leverage Palantir, Tableau, and other tools to translate complex data into strategic insights that drive warranty reduction and quality improvements. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive product planning, quality, product development, retail sales, reporting, consulting, or data and analytics roles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven ability to analyze large, complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations to executive-level audiences.
• Willingness to travel domestically within the US for on-site consultation up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and develop scalable analyses using BI tools to uncover actionable insights for OEM clients.
• Serve as the primary client analytics advisor and build trusted relationships with JD Power users at OEMs.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders at varying levels, including senior leadership and executives.
