Job summary

JD Power is seeking a Sr. Analyst for OEM Customer Success to act as the data analytics lead and trusted advisor for one or more OEM clients.

You will apply advanced analytics and industry knowledge to help clients improve automotive quality and reduce warranty costs while supporting satisfaction and retention. You will leverage Palantir and Tableau, perform complex data manipulation, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive product planning, quality, product development, retail sales, reporting, consulting, or data and analytics roles.
• Proven ability to analyze large, complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations to executive-level audiences.
• Willingness to travel domestically within the US for on-site consultation up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions and onboarding for product users.
