Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal consulting services and change leadership to enhance enterprise effectiveness.
• Link business strategy to development of capabilities, people, process, technology, and information.
• Assist senior leaders with large, complex and/or ambiguous business problems and driving business improvements.
• Facilitate participative decision making and planning workshops with senior leaders from multiple departments.
• Provide consulting to senior and mid-level leadership on complex business problems and advise on low-risk/high-value options.
• Apply business management consulting tools to remove ambiguity and drive data-driven decisions.
