Job summary

Argano is seeking a senior Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to own the change management workstream on complex client engagements. You will coach executives, design stakeholder engagement plans, and develop training frameworks, while contributing to Argano's OCM methodologies and knowledge sharing.

You will manage multiple concurrent engagements, partnering with executives and project managers to ensure adoption and sponsorship across ERP and enterprise technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, organizational behavior, communications, business, or HR preferred.
• MBA or MS in a related field is an advantage.
• Prosci ADKAR or similar change management certification strongly preferred.
• CCMP, Kotter, LaMarsh or similar credentials valued.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level plans into detailed OCM workplans and deliverables.
• Apply Argano's LIFT delivery methodology to tailor change strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Lead the design and execution of change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct change impact assessments across roles, processes, systems, and structures.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder analysis and engagement plans.
• Advise executives as active change sponsors and coaches.
• Design end-to-end communications strategies and content.
• Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs.
• Mentor junior OCM practitioners on project teams.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites.
