Job summary

Argano is seeking a Senior Manager, Delivery - Process Improvement to lead complex engagements across the full value chain, from strategy to execution. You will own client relationships, guide end-to-end assessments, and drive measurable operational outcomes across multiple domains.

The role emphasizes developing methodologies, mentoring junior staff, and building practice capabilities while enabling enterprise process harmonization and value delivery. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; business, operations, engineering, or finance are strong fits.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain) is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), BPM are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements end-to-end across multiple functions—order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, planning, and R2R.
• Own delivery relationships with client leaders and sponsors; drive blueprint and design sessions.
• Develop and mentor teams, build capability within Argano's process improvement practice.
• Contribute to proposals and business development with deep domain expertise.
