Job summary

ENERCON - Sweden is seeking an experienced Shipment Planning specialist to coordinate complex ocean transports for national and international projects. You will align operational logistics, project requirements, and internal interfaces to ensure transparent, efficient shipment planning that meets deadlines.

The role requires a commercial/logistics background, several years in transport or project logistics, proficiency in SAP SCM and Power BI, and strong German and English communication.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training or degree in logistics / supply chain management or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in transport logistics, project logistics, ocean freight, or coordinating roles.
• Experience managing projects in logistics with schedule, interface, and dependency management.
• Structured, analytical thinker with accountability and proactive risk identification.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP SCM, SAP R3, and Power BI are a plus.
• Good written and spoken German and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan ocean transports for national and international projects, on schedule and cost-conscious.
• Consolidate project requirements to optimize cargo volumes for ocean shipments.
• Review network plan requirements in SAP SCM and derive shipment planning.
• Monitor schedule changes and adjust system-based planning accordingly.
• Visualize shipment data for colleagues using Power BI.
• Coordinate shipment volumes, material availability and delivery strategies with internal interfaces.
• Provide timely procurement notifications for ocean-going vessels to Global Procurement or Chartering.
• Prepare packing lists for shipments to enable structured execution.
• Communicate upcoming shipments to internal contacts to trigger downstream processes.
• Take on special roles to streamline processes and standardize data toward a single source of truth.
