Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery of goods from planning to site delivery, including booking and monitoring.
• Prepare packing, marking and shipping documents in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with internal managers, suppliers, forwarders, and customers to streamline shipments.
• Ensure project timelines and transportation budgets are met.
• Represent the Logistics department in project teams and drive process improvements.
