Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Successful NBCOT examination for Occupational Therapists.
• Three years of professional occupational therapy experience.
• Active Washington State OT license.

Responsabilités

• Conduct OT evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide OT services and staff training for residential and crisis support.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop IPOCs.
• Lead therapeutic activities including sensory-based programming and ADLs.
• Train staff on therapy techniques and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes in the EHR.
• Coordinate program activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
