Job summary

State of Washington’s Lake Burien Transitional Care Facility seeks an Occupational Therapist 3 to coordinate programs for youth aged 13–17 with co-occurring intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll administer OT services, conduct workplace assessments, and function as the sole OT on site under supervision.

Applicants need a WA OT license or probational certificate, NBCOT certification, and at least three years of experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington OT license or probational certificate.
• NBCOT certification.
• Minimum of three years professional OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide treatment to youth in groups or 1:1.
• Perform evaluations and therapy for activities of daily living.
• Document progress weekly and monthly; prepare care plans.
