Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; Masters or Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state; maintain license in good standing and CE requirements.
• CPR certification if required by licensure; continuing education as per state practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents as an Occupational Therapist.
• Supervise COTA, aides, and students.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Coordinate with nursing and medical staff; communicate progress with families.
