Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist to evaluate residents, develop and implement treatment plans, and supervise OT staff. You will coordinate with physicians, families, and the care team to support mobility and independence.

Ideal candidates hold an OT credential, with licensure in good standing, and have experience with Net Health and Point Click Care. Expect a collaborative, patient-centered environment with focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Master's/Doctorate preferred; licensure required.
• Proficient in computer data entry for healthcare software (Net Health, PCC).
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state with active credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise OT Assistants and provide staff training.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff, residents and families.
