Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist to evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the health care team to improve mobility and independence. You will supervise COTA staff and participate in care conferences to align goals with patient needs.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy; Master’s or Doctorate is preferred and you should be proficient with Net Health and Point Click Care software in daily documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; masters or doctorate preferred.
• Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care data entry.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and aides in resident care.
• Communicate progress and goals with physicians, nursing staff, residents and families.
